Orders

How do I place an order?

Choose the product, color, and size you want, then select Add to cart. Once you are ready, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible using our Contact Us page and include your order number.

Because each item is prepared for fulfillment shortly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We will try to update it before the order enters production or ships.

Moon Oni is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout when we were not contacted in time to make the change.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Some products may be produced or shipped separately. This means items from the same order can arrive in different packages and on different dates.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.


Production and Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Most Moon Oni products are made or prepared after an order is placed. Production generally takes approximately 1–3 business days, although processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, product availability, fulfillment location, and shipping method shown at checkout.

Typical estimates are:

United States: approximately 5–10 business days after ordering
International orders: approximately 9–18 business days after ordering

These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Moon Oni offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $125 or more.

The order subtotal must meet the minimum requirement after applicable discounts unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Moon Oni ships to many international destinations.

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.

Any charges not collected during checkout are the responsibility of the customer. Moon Oni does not control customs processing times or fees charged by local authorities.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking may take a short time to update after the shipping label is created.

My tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my package. What should I do?

First, check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors, your building office, or the carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us through the Contact Us page with your order number and tracking information.

What kind of clothing does Moon Oni sell?

Moon Oni is an anime-inspired streetwear brand offering oversized graphic tees, heavyweight hoodies, performance shorts, and original Moon Oni designs.

Are all Moon Oni designs original?

Moon Oni offers original brand designs alongside anime-inspired artwork.

Product descriptions identify the style and concept of each item. Moon Oni is not affiliated with or endorsed by any anime studio, publisher, or entertainment company unless explicitly stated.

How do I choose the correct size?

Review the size chart provided on the product page before ordering. Measurements and fits can vary between tees, hoodies, and shorts.

Some products are designed with an oversized or relaxed streetwear fit. Check the individual product description for specific sizing recommendations.

What should I do when I am between sizes?

For a more fitted look, choose the smaller size. For a relaxed or oversized look, choose the larger size.

Always compare the product measurements with a similar garment you already own.

Will the product color look exactly the same in person?

We do our best to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, fabric, and production variations.

How should I wash my Moon Oni clothing?

To help protect the fabric and graphic:

  • Turn the garment inside out
  • Machine wash in cold water
  • Use a gentle cycle
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Do not use bleach
  • Do not iron directly over the graphic
  • Tumble dry on low or air dry when possible

Always follow the care label attached to the garment.


Returns, Exchanges, and Problems

What is your return policy?

Because many Moon Oni products are produced after an order is placed, returns are only accepted under the conditions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please review that policy before placing your order.

Can I return an item because I ordered the wrong size?

Size-related returns or exchanges depend on the eligibility rules in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before ordering. Please contact us promptly if you believe there is an issue with your item.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery using our Contact Us page.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • A photograph of the shipping label or packaging when relevant

We will review the claim and provide the appropriate resolution when the issue is confirmed.

What if my package is lost?

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the package appears lost, contact the shipping carrier first.

You may then contact Moon Oni with your order number and tracking details so we can review the situation.

How do I receive 10% off my first order?

Join the Moon Oni email list through the website popup or email signup section.

After subscribing, you will receive access to the current welcome discount, subject to its terms and availability.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter the discount code in the designated field during checkout and select Apply.

Only valid and active codes will be accepted.

Can I combine discount codes?

Discount codes cannot be combined unless the checkout specifically allows the combination.

Some promotions, including free shipping, may work together with an order discount when enabled.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other supported options.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and supported payment providers. Moon Oni does not directly store your complete payment-card information.
